1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using hacksmithspeptalk.com (the "Website"), operated by Hackie Chan Enterprises LLC doing business as Hacksmith's Peptalk ("Hacksmith's Peptalk," "we," "us," or "our"), you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") in their entirety, together with our Disclaimers and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Nature of the Service
The Website provides: (a) an independent research-compound price-comparison directory that aggregates publicly available or supplier-provided pricing and links to third-party suppliers; (b) educational content, guides, calculators, and tools; (c) a protocol-tracking application for personal self-tracking; and (d) consultation services. We do not sell, manufacture, distribute, or ship any products, do not take orders, and do not process payments for products. All product purchases are made directly with third-party suppliers.
3. Research Use & Compliance (Price Directory)
The price directory references products represented by suppliers as "Research Use Only" (RUO) materials, intended for laboratory research and not for human or animal consumption. Before accessing the directory you must acknowledge the Research Use & Compliance Acknowledgment and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and are accessing the directory for research purposes. We do not promote or encourage human consumption, veterinary use, medical use, therapeutic claims, or unapproved drug use of any referenced product.
4. No Endorsement & Neutrality
The inclusion, ranking, display, mention, or linking of any supplier or product does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of quality, purity, legality, or safety. We aim to present information in a standardized, neutral manner. Listings may be influenced by objective factors including publicly available pricing, availability, supplier responsiveness, website functionality, participation in affiliate programs, and user-submitted corrections. Affiliate participation does not constitute approval or endorsement.
5. No Verification or Testing
We do not independently test products, verify purity or composition, confirm manufacturing standards, audit supplier operations, or validate regulatory compliance. Information displayed may originate from suppliers or public sources and may not always be complete, current, or accurate.
6. Supplier Responsibility & Your Due Diligence
All transactions occur directly between you and third-party suppliers, who are solely responsible for product representations, legal compliance, shipping and fulfillment, customer service, and refunds and disputes. You are solely responsible for evaluating supplier legitimacy, product suitability, legal compliance, and safety, and for reviewing each supplier's own terms before ordering. You should not rely exclusively on information presented on this Website when making purchasing decisions.
7. Affiliate Compensation Disclosure
We participate in affiliate marketing programs and may earn commissions or referral fees when you click outbound links and make purchases through third-party suppliers. This does not change the price you pay. Affiliate relationships may affect which suppliers are featured but do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any listing's accuracy. These relationships are disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines.

The Website contains links to third-party websites we do not control or operate. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices and make no guarantees regarding products or services they offer. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
9. Educational Content, Consultations & the Tracking Application
Educational content, tools, consultations, and the tracking application are provided for informational and self-tracking purposes only and do not constitute medical, healthcare, or laboratory advice. Consultations are educational and do not create a doctor–patient relationship; consultation bookings are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, and refunds are issued at our discretion for cancellations made with sufficient notice. The tracking application's estimated-level features are relative educational estimates only and must not be used to make dosing decisions.
10. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and you agree not to share your account or use the Website for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. User Representations & Warranties
By accessing the price directory or purchasing from a third-party supplier link, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age; that you are accessing the directory for research purposes and, where applicable, will handle any research materials only in an appropriate environment; that you understand the health and safety hazards associated with handling laboratory compounds; and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research materials.
12. FDA & Legal Disclaimer
The statements and information on the Website have not been evaluated by the FDA. Products referenced are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no information on the Website should be construed as medical advice. Hacksmith's Peptalk is an information and price-comparison service and is not a chemical supplier, compounding pharmacy, medical provider, or outsourcing facility under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; using automated means (bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools) to harvest data; reproducing, redistributing, or commercially exploiting our content without permission; or using any referenced product for an unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
All original content on the Website — including written guides, tool and application designs, graphics, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Hackie Chan Enterprises LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for your own internal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use our content commercially, or use our intellectual property to develop a competing service, without our express prior written consent. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Hacksmith's Peptalk, Hackie Chan Enterprises LLC, or their owners, members, managers, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website, reliance on information provided, any transaction with a third-party supplier, or the use, misuse, handling, or storage of any referenced product. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to any user exceed the greater of the amounts you have paid us in the prior twelve months or US $500, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hackie Chan Enterprises LLC, Hacksmith's Peptalk, and their owners, members, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Website, your handling, misuse, or transfer of any referenced product, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for thirty (30) days. Any unresolved dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Wyoming, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
18. Modifications, Availability & Severability
We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, and to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website at any time without notice, and shall not be liable for any such change. The Website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement & Changes
These Terms, together with the Disclaimers and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hacksmith's Peptalk regarding the Website and supersede all prior understandings. We may update these Terms at any time; changes become effective upon posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use.
