BPC-157 + TB-500 (Wolverine Stack) Blend Calculator
Wolverine Stack is a nickname for BPC-157 + TB-500. Use the existing blend widget to enter the labeled amounts separately, the shared water volume, and a total amount for conversion. The examples use hypothetical 5 mg + 5 mg, 5 mg + 10 mg, and 10 mg + 10 mg vial contents. Changing the draw volume scales both components together. These calculations describe quantities in a labeled blend; they do not recommend combining substances or establish compatibility, suitability, or an appropriate amount.

How to use the peptide calculator
- Enter BPC-157 in the vial, in mg, and separately enter TB-500 in mg.
- Enter the shared water volume in mL; both component concentrations use this same denominator.
- Enter the total blend amount in mg to convert. This input is combined mass, not the amount of each individual component.
- Read the U-100 syringe volume and the component amounts. Check that the two component amounts sum to the total.
The reconstitution formula
Total concentration (mg/mL) = (BPC-157 mg + TB-500 mg) ÷ water mL.
Volume (mL) = entered total amount (mg) ÷ total concentration (mg/mL); U-100 units = mL × 100.
Each component amount (mg) = its vial mg ÷ water mL × draw volume mL. Ratios are fixed by the vial contents.
Worked examples
5 mg + 5 mg with 2 mL
Total concentration is 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL. A hypothetical 0.5 mg total corresponds to 0.1 mL, or 10 U-100 units, containing 0.25 mg BPC-157 and 0.25 mg TB-500.
5 mg + 10 mg with 3 mL
Total concentration is 15 ÷ 3 = 5 mg/mL. A hypothetical 1 mg total is 0.2 mL, or 20 U-100 units. The 1:2 mass ratio gives approximately 0.333 mg BPC-157 and 0.667 mg TB-500.
10 mg + 10 mg with 2 mL
Total concentration is 20 ÷ 2 = 10 mg/mL. A 0.1 mL example (10 U-100 units) contains 1 mg total: 0.5 mg of each component. It is a math example, not a recommended draw.
Frequently asked questions
How many units is 0.1 mL?
On a U-100 syringe, 0.1 mL × 100 = 10 units. These markings describe volume, not milligrams or a substance's biological activity.
How much bacteriostatic water should I add?
This calculator compares the concentration produced by the water volume you enter; it does not prescribe a volume. Use the product's preparation instructions and vial capacity. Doubling the entered water volume halves the calculated concentration.
What is Wolverine Stack, and how is its total mass calculated?
Here, Wolverine Stack names the BPC-157 + TB-500 blend, not a dosing protocol. Total mass is the sum: 5 mg BPC-157 plus 5 mg TB-500 is 10 mg total. An equal-ratio draw splits that mass equally between components.
Can I change one component's amount independently?
Not by changing the volume drawn from a fixed-ratio vial. A larger or smaller volume changes both component amounts proportionally. The ratio remains the ratio of their labeled masses.
Does it work with U-40 or U-50 syringes?
The displayed syringe-unit results use U-100 calibration only. For the same volume, U-40 markings equal mL × 40 and U-50 markings equal mL × 50. A 0.5 mL, 50-unit U-100 syringe is not a U-50 syringe.
Are the examples dosing recommendations?
No. Every example and table entry is hypothetical arithmetic. The calculator converts quantities you supply; it does not determine an appropriate amount, frequency, route, or treatment.
