Safety Notes

KLOW is a multi-peptide blend (BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu + KPV) — no human clinical trials exist for this specific combination Safety data for individual components derives primarily from animal studies; human evidence is limited to case reports and community experience Potential drug interactions are unstudied — caution with anticoagulants, blood pressure medications, or immunomodulatory drugs Theoretical oncological concern: growth-promoting peptides (BPC-157, TB-500) may affect tumor biology — avoid if history of cancer Long-term safety profile is completely unknown for both individual components and the blend

Mechanism of Action

KLOW is a multi-peptide blend containing four bioactive components: BPC-157, TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4), GHK-Cu, and KPV. These peptides work synergistically through complementary mechanisms: BPC-157 promotes angiogenesis and tissue repair via growth factor modulation and nitric oxide pathways; TB-500 enhances cell migration and reduces inflammation by sequestering actin and promoting wound healing; GHK-Cu is a copper-binding tripeptide that stimulates collagen synthesis, fibroblast activity, and antioxidant enzyme expression; KPV is an alpha-MSH-derived tripeptide with potent anti-inflammatory effects through melanocortin receptor activation and NF-κB pathway inhibition. Key Pathways: Angiogenesis and VEGF signaling (BPC-157), Actin sequestration and cell migration (TB-500), Collagen synthesis and matrix remodeling (GHK-Cu), Melanocortin receptor/NF-κB anti-inflammatory signaling (KPV), Nitric oxide-mediated vasodilation and tissue protection The combination of these four peptides theoretically provides multi-modal support for tissue healing by simultaneously promoting new blood vessel formation, reducing local inflammation, enhancing structural protein production, and accelerating cellular repair processes. For hair and skin applications, GHK-Cu's collagen-stimulating effects combined with the anti-inflammatory actions of KPV and BPC-157 may support skin regeneration and hair follicle health, while TB-500's cell migration effects could enhance wound healing capacity.
